Terms of Service

Effective 3 August 2026 · applies to perfectindicators.com and its embedded widgets

1. What this is — and is not

Perfect Indicators is a decision-support and research dashboard. It reports historical frequencies computed from past price data: how often a given hour, weekday or month has closed higher, with the sample size and a statistical-significance flag on every figure.

It is not financial advice, not a signal service, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. It issues no entries, no exits and no predictions. Past frequency does not guarantee future outcome. Trading carries substantial risk of loss; decisions you take, and their results, are entirely your own.

2. Accounts

A free account requires a working email address. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (see §6).

3. Pro access

4. Refunds

7-day guarantee. If Pro is not what you expected, tell us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full — no questions beyond what helps us improve. After 7 days, purchases are final, because the product is delivered in full the moment access is granted.

Full details and how to ask: the refund policy. Or just send us a message.

5. The free widgets

Our embeddable widgets (e.g. the seasonality tape) may be used on third-party sites free of charge, including commercially, on one condition: the "Perfect Indicators" attribution link stays visible and unmodified. Do not present the widget's output as live prices, as your own data, or as investment advice.

6. Acceptable use

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms: the contact form, a reply to your purchase receipt, or the support channel of the store you purchased through — all reach the same person.
